Missionary fee: $700 (US), covers all expenses except airfare!

Note: Passports must be valid for 6 months after your return to the US .

Mission Dates: 29 January - 6 February, 2027

Missionary Application

Get a head start on your application by gathering the following items:

  • Your passport

  • Your medical license Information (medical professionals)

  • Photocopies of your medical degree and certifications (medical professionals)

Missionary Checklist

Missionaries accepted on the 2027 mission team will need to complete the checklist below. You do not need to complete any of these items until after you receive your acceptance.

  • Signed Liability Waiver 

  • Photocopy of your medical license, degree(s) and certifications (medical professionals only)

  • Mission participation fee: $700.00 (US)

  • Email us at info@corazondecristo.us with a list of medications and/or medical supplies and equipment that you are bringing (please include medication names, descriptions, quantities, dosages, expiration dates; equipment description and photograph of the equipment and FDA labels)
